a message to the worst

I'm not even about to explain any of this, so don't even ask. I just wrote my feelings and this came out   you don't have the first clue how to love there is not a piece of you that's selfless and every time I'm forced to remember you I get sick, uneasy and restless I know what love is in fact I'm probably in love now  and I'd take a bullet of any kind to keep him safe somehow Isn't that the one that was the aim of your stones that you tried to throw and then I begged and pleaded  for you to let me take the blow not so fun is it now that you're  at the bottom with those rocks  but your chains could never hold  someone who knows she always held the locks don't even try to tell me that you're sorry I already know you much too well I'm too strong to let you break me  and your lies came straight from...  hello here's your wake up call  you never were the best  everything yo...

another one about this topic? yep ... because is the problem solved? nope

heard the most ridiculous "mansplaining" ever today... a dude has a whole channel dedicated to trying to prove "feminists" wrong... and one woman, who I don't even know if she was a feminist, was saying she was taught how to not get raped, and how boys should also be taught you know, not to do it, and if you know anything about rape culture, doing this like "preventative from the woman's side of things" too much leads to people thinking (and I'm guessing a lot of people reading this might also) that if a woman doesn't kick and scream and fight back at all, that it's okay... 1) no 2) NO! 3) nope we need to start teaching men what rape is, most don't know and I'm not kidding... most think (and maybe you do too), that it's mostly a stranger in an alleyway in the dark, and most of the prevention measures are geared toward that thinking, which doesn't help if you are alone with a good looking male friend that you trust a...

Does this self respect and empathy make me look feminist?

I don't consider myself a feminist only because I like having only one label: Christian, that trumps everything else about me, what God says is above all other opinions and causes of man... and I don't agree with everything all feminists say all the time, but I'm not dissing them, because mostly they make good points... however some might see me as a feminist simply because I have these crazy opinions that women are and should be treated equal to men, and that rape is bad... that's not me being PC, that's me being a human being if you see disagree with that I don't think I'm the one with the issue it just blows my mind the amount of people who see you as a "man hating feminist" just because you're against rape... umm I'm against rape that happens to men too... it's not my fault that 99% of rapists are male... I didn't cause that, feminists didn't brainwash those men into doing that... most feminists don't hate men at...

Alison Dilaurentis

Okay I have to talk about this some more, because I just can't stand it. Look, it's alright if you don't like Alison, everyone has a right to their opinions, plus Ali has done some awful things. All I'm asking is for people to step back and ask themselves why they hate Alison. Did you ever ask yourself? At first I wasn't even sure this that this is a feminist thing, because people don't hate Mona the way they hate Alison and Mona is also a girl. Then I thought about it and I thought; okay so maybe it's sort of a feminist thing after all. Let's compare Mona and Alison for a minute. At a very young age both of these girls realized what most girls don't realize until they are in their 20's. Some don't ever realize it at all. At around 13 years old Mona and Alison not only realized that women and girls are treated unfairly and judged based on what they can do for men, they both mastered manipulating this fact as if it were a game of Mario. No ma...

PLL; the real "dollhouse", plus a social commentary

I'm someone that loves to find the deeper meaning in things, and I usually can catch on pretty quickly. What I didn't realize until Heather Hogan pointed it out in a recap was that on "pretty little liars" there is something going on. I posted what she said on my facebook and I'll summarize it, the dollhouse was doing to the girls, what rosewood had already been doing to them, and what in real life, our life, society does to us. A lot of the subtle commentaries I picked up on, because it's not that hard. In season 1 we get that even the best of mom's (ashley marin) says to her daughter "you CAN'T mess up... in this town, what people think of you matters" that sets the stage for the entire show. I love Ashley but she sleeps with a cop so he will drop shoplifting charges against hanna, setting the example that it doesn't matter if you actually do the right thing. It only matters if people don't find out about your mistakes. People say t...
